Helioptile and Scraggy

Helioptile is a new Pokemon for Pokemon X & Y, and it haves Normal-type as a secondary typing, being Electric as a First type. It's based of lizard! No much info about this Pokemon, but it can use electric attacks. Scraggy is mad about this new guy, it doesn't like it at all. It's a new 6th Generation Pokemon to present. More new Pokemon of the 6th Generation are still waiting for their appearance in the game.
